Our district is known as “La Condamine”, where over 200 shops are located in an area full of character around the traditional market held daily in Place d’Armes.

When you mention the word Monaco in any conversation, it conjures up thoughts of Formula One, Grace Kelly, casinos, celebrity lifestyle and supercars. The first Grand Prix was held in 1929 and now has grown into the highlight of the race calendar. Naturally, Sunseeker Yachts take pride of place in Port Hercule (just a short walk from our office) every year, with the historic Grand Prix featuring biannually.

Aside from the Grand Prix, Monaco boasts the world-famous casino, a favourite haunt of James Bond, the Prince's Palace of Monaco, situated on the rock which overlooks both Port Hercule (the main port of Monaco) and Fontvieille, home of course to his Serene Highness Prince Albert II.

Monaco is the second smallest country in the world, yet the main Port Hercule which covers almost 40 acres and the smaller, sheltered port of Fontvieille together provide anchorage for up to 975 vessels – making it the number one destination for superyachts and the rich and famous alike.

Every September, Sunseeker Monaco takes up its privileged position in front of the newly built Yacht Club de Monaco for the Monaco Yacht Show, where discerning international yacht buyers flock eagerly to be part of the scene.

Nestled within Monaco, where the Sunseeker team’s local knowledge sets us apart from the competition, there are some fantastic restaurants and hidden gems of entertainment – two of which are the Oceanographic Museum standing prominently on the cliffs of Monte Carlo and the unique open-air cinema. However, if you are looking to party until the wee hours, Monaco has a thriving nightlife with some exclusive (and sometimes elusive) clubs and bars.
